The Kingsville House · with Salt Water Pool Open May 1st

The house was great. Central location to get to the various wineries on the trail. It was too cold for us to use the pool - but that would be a great feature in the warmer months. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to this area.

We are 3 couples that visit Kingsville area each summer to visit wineries and play golf. Normally we stay at hotels. This year we decided to stay in a VRBO and rented the Kingsville House for 4 days. We loved our stay at the Kingsville House and it was a great location and wonderful property. The house is well stocked for anything needed and most bedrooms have their own bathroom. Our favorite thing about the house was the big deck and heated pool. We would hit the pool after golf in the morning and finish our day in the pool and on the deck with our friends and wine from our winery visits. The Kingsville House will be our 'go to place' for all our future visits to Kingsville. Thanks to Paul for making our visit great.

We stayed at the Kingsville house for a long weekend. The house had plenty of room for all 10 of us. The property managers were quick to respond to any questions/issues we had.

Our group of 12 had a great time and plenty of space. The managers were very responsive and the property is very well kept. Highly recommend!

Stayed with my kids , brother and his family and parents for family reunion . The place was great and the host is superb , very friendly and no headaches . I recommend . Very nice pool 👍
